Your role at zenloop:

Zenloop is growing but this cannot be done without a strong recruiting function, therefore we are looking for a Sales & Business recruiter to come onboard to partner with the respective hiring managers to work towards finding the right talent for their teams. We are looking for someone who has prior experience in sales and likes working in a collaborative way with the business to influence company wide hiring. In addition to the above the role will have key responsibilities such as:

  • Building strong relationships and trust with your hiring managers in all the business functions. 
  • Being a valued member of the recruitment team and sharing knowledge and insights to improve the company wide recruiting efforts.  
  • Being responsible for analysing your job ad performances and being able to derive right measures for improving your hiring
  • using Recruitment KPI´s to ensure data driven decision making.
  • Ensuring that there is a great candidate experience and acting on feedback to improve where needed. 
  • Working on wider projects within a small team that primarily enhance the recruitment function. 
  • Actively sourcing using creative sourcing methods to find the right talent for your roles.

This is what we’re looking for from you:

  • Have a proven track-record of owning end-to-end recruitment processes (from sourcing to offer) and a strong drive to deliver on target. It is preferred if you have experience in hiring sales profiles. 
  • Understand how to partner with the business and challenge hiring managers without losing their trust.
  • Have excellent English(verbal and written) skills, with fluency in German being an added bonus. 
  • Are willing to relocate or travel to Berlin regularly
  • Understand that recruitment is data driven and you bring a structured & analytical approach to tackle hiring challenges
  • Are willing to take on other projects that can enhance the recruitment function and bring it forward.
