The Role

We are currently seeking a Staff Product Manager to become an integral part of our ZenBusiness Formations and Compliance team. In this pivotal role, you will assume full responsibility for the strategic planning and execution of a suite of Formation products suite, including our newly launched Beneficial Ownership products. Collaboration with other portfolios within the Formation & Compliance Division is key, as you work to fulfill our commitment to offering a comprehensive, one-stop solution to fulfill customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and innovative environment, where your efforts will directly contribute to the success and growth of our product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of the strategic product roadmap for the Formation product suite, ensuring alignment with the division's goals and market demands.
  • Drive the continuous enhancement of the product offering, focusing on innovation, customer retention, and the creation of a compelling, year-over-year subscription model.
  • Define and analyze key metrics that will inform decision-making and measure the success of product-driven initiatives such as customer engagement, take rate,s and revenue.
  • Rapidly iterate and evolve the product to meet a host of needs: growth in the business unit, platform scalability, adapting to new government regulations, creating currently needed solutions, and planning for future user needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, legal & finance teams to develop and implement pricing & growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in Product Management, preferably in a regulated space, such as government, healthcare, insurance, or banking. 
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to launch web or native mobile software products.
  • Track record of successfully leading Agile scrum teams to deliver software frequently and on time.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Product Analytics and understanding of how to use in-app metrics to reduce friction and increase repeat usage.
  • Ability to partner with Product Marketing to drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Superb interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Forward-thinking mindset, with a commitment to developing product offerings that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Start-up experience.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel and Tableau.
