Position Summary:

The IT Solutions Delivery Manager will manage IT projects from scope definition through to implementation and servicing. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to define and implement technologies that enable business processes, leading technical projects and resources, and managing the buildout of technologies in new facilities. The IT Solutions Delivery Manager will articulate business needs, create and implement user education roadmaps, and ensure that employees are trained in the technologies deployed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and communication strategies.
  • Lead technical projects, including system upgrades, implementation of new technologies, and changes to existing systems, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage the buildout of IT infrastructure and technologies in new facilities, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful deployment.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly in validated environments like SAS.
  • Work closely with business leaders to define and prioritize technology needs that support and enhance business processes.
  • Articulate business needs and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure that the technology solutions delivered meet the business requirements and add value to the organization.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, analyzing results and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure that projects are delivered according to the agreed scope and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to anticipate issues, think critically, and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing technical resources and leading IT projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in high-growth environments and managing IT projects in new facilities.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant IT certifications.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and validated environments.
  • Experience in developing and delivering user education and training programs.

The position is eligible for a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Zenas is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $135,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to depth of experience, education, skillset, overall performance and/or location.

Zenas believes in providing a competitive compensation and benefits package to all employees. Our base salary is just one component of Zenas’ competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual performance bonus, equity, full range of benefits and other incentive compensation plans.
