Community Manager

Zeel, the wellness company that created the Massage On Demand ® category, is looking for smart, innovative professionals to join our Community Management team for the New England territory. Community Managers are at the heart of the Zeel mission, building a community of top licensed or certified wellness professionals, and ensuring their success on the Zeel platform, as well as helping Zeel customers discover the benefits of Wellness on the Way (R).

Responsibilities include:


  • Recruiting wellness providers and conveying the benefits and guidelines of using the Zeel platform
  • Working with wellness providers, both by phone/email/text and in person, to help them use and succeed with the Zeel platform
  • Providing assistance on the use of the Zeel booking system and customer service standards
  • Organize and manage local events to build brand awareness
  • Working with Zeel Spa partners to help build their staffing operations
  • Build relationships with industry professionals, schools, and local chapters of professional organizations
  • Attend industry networking events or local chapter meetings
  • Liaise with sales and client success departments
  • Occasional traveling to regional locations for recruiting and community purposes
  • Utilize and update internal onboarding software
  • Occasional weekend and evening work
  • Relay relevant community feedback to internal stakeholders


Our successful Community Managers typically have:

  • B.S/B.A. degree  
  • Experience in a recruiting, customer service, education, or sales role
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to self-manage and set work schedules
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach and convey information clearly and thoroughly
  • An obsession with making sure customers are happy
  • High comfort level with office software and technology
  • A valid driver’s license
