What will you do?
- Conduct detailed market research using primary and secondary sources and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making and launch of new products across various geographies
- Analyse and validate data for key global product offerings/platform, working closely with Product and AI/Analytics teams across regions. Identify variances and apply relevant data guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of data
- Identify discrepancies and variances in captured data values.
- Apply data guidelines to filter relevant data changes and ensure consistency across datasets.
- Utilize web scraping tools to capture and review relevant and available public data
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance of data.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of Emerging Technology and Industry 4.0
- A good understanding of the banking industry and basic knowledge of banking products will be a plus.
- Experience with SQL querying for data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Lookups, Pivot, etc) and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Ability to work with AI tools to enhance data analysis and workflow efficiency
Soft Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.
- A process-oriented mindset with a focus on optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
What do I need to succeed?
- Bachelors/master's in finance/economics/business/ engineering, or a related field (BA/B.Sc/B.Tech). An MBA from a premier university is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience as an analyst, preferably within a Big Four/Strategy Consulting/Market Research firm. Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
