What is the opportunity?
As a Senior Analyst in PMO & Operational Reporting, you will be working with the management team. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, practices and project governance.
What will you do?
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
- Provide executive visibility to project, program, portfolio and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc.
- Run project governance calls and provide updates or highlight risks to the management.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
- Execute any strategic projects which come under the purview of the PMO Organization.
- Ensure the right people have access to the right information to make the right decisions
- Ensure readiness for Internal/External Audits.
- Supervise and coach PMO/Operations team.
- Prepare/publish Project/Financial reports, decks, dashboards covering key metrics
- Perform multifaceted analysis on Project/Financial data & provide meaningful insight
- Drive process improvement including Automation of reports
- Develop new skills on various new data analytics platforms and align the reports accordingly for maximum efficiency and standardization
- Creation and maintenance of SOPs for all major activities
- Measured against project governance (Internal & external)
What do I need to succeed?
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience - Required
- MBA / CA Inter – Preferred
