Who We Are Looking For
We are hiring a People Generalist to join our team. We have tons to do, building the future of web3, and we need help ensuring the HR logistics and infrastructure that run our company work consistently and efficiently. You’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-moving team with ample opportunity for growth and mentorship.
- Own front-line employee support related to payroll and benefits questions, employee relations matters, HRIS questions, etc., referring complex and/or sensitive matters to senior leadership
- Foster an easy, organized, and valuable onboarding experience for our employees including the coordination of all background checks, I-9s, employment verifications, benefits enrollment, new hire technology requests, and employee updates in our HRIS.
- Make recommendations to leadership about process improvements, employee events, and company swag
- Manage offboarding activities including exit interviews, equipment returns, and communication related to equity and benefits expiration
- Safeguard and audit employee information and systems, this includes regularly updating and auditing our HRIS data.
- Draft and maintain accurate and up-to-date policies, benefits info, new hire resources, and more in our Company Wiki.
- Prior experience in people operations, ideally in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- A data-driven mentality - you’ll be an expert in using data and analytics to deliver meaningful improvements and growth
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, prioritize issues, and provide employees with the highest quality employee experience
- Expert knowledge of HR technologies including Namely, Greenhouse, G Suite, Lattice, CultureAmp, etc., as well as a passion for exploring new technologies and systems to optimize the employee experience
- Strong communication skills - you’ll be expert at presenting and delivering reports to all areas of the business
