Channel Sales Manager – DACH

The Channel Sales Manager acts as an extension of the Sales and Marketing teams, generating qualified sales opportunities by responding to inbound interest (events, web inquiry, trade shows, direct marketing initiatives) and targeted account development

As a Channel Sales Manager this individual will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. they must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand and apply the fundamentals of a prospect or customer’s business environment, organization, and strategy is essential to success in this role. Ideal candidates possess the aptitude and or relevant sales or marketing experience to easily understand and articulate the business value of Yubico products and solutions to C-level executives, line of business and IT professionals.


  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, interaction with channel partners and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals in the SMB / Mid-Market
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Successfully overcome prospect objections
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned market space


  • Energetic and positive person with strong phone presence and strong listening skills
  • Enjoy being in the driver’s seat controlling, managing and leading callers to close a deal
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Ideally proficient with G-Suite and web presentation tools
  • Preferred experience working with
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Preferred BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Native German + English fluency (spoken and written)
