Junior Java Developer
Are you an enthusiastic Java Developer interested in Hardware products? Join Y Soft and work on the embedded operating system that powers Y Soft’s core products – card readers and embedded terminals. Our card readers read up to 100 different technologies and we pride ourselves for our wide range of development activities and engineering competencies in HW/SW product field.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Development of the new generation of our card reader tool in Java
- Cooperate in a small team of 2 engineers, 1 UX designer, and 1 QA
Must-have experience:
- Java
Nice-to-have experience:
- Overview of HW or some interest in HW (how things work)
- Interest or skills in Scala
- Python
- Atlassian stack
- .NET
- JS, TS
ABOUT YOU:
- You are a Software Engineer who wants to work in a team and share together ideas and knowledge
- Besides SW, you are also interested in HW
- You are not afraid to openly share your opinion, take part in discussions, and ask questions
- You speak Czech and English at an intermediate to professional level
- You partake in keeping the atmosphere light and fun
