We are searching for a Quality Management Analyst to join our Global Quality & Methods Team in a position with great professional growth opportunity. You will report to the manager who is also based in Warsaw and cooperate with our international team.
Consumer Panel Methods & Quality Team is responsible for the research, development and testing of consumer panel methods with a big focus on cross-functional support for internal and external clients in analysis of data queries. We are digital engineers who build world-class research, powered by high technology.
In this role you will cooperate with Operation’s department to align procedures, methodology and global standards in data analysis. Our team supports and explains the methodology of our market research to the Client Service team. You will occasionally contact directly clients to help in understanding our data.
You will:
- Analyze and quality control of panel data, recommend how to use this data.
- Continuous support of the Client Service Team in the area of panel data analysis and research methodology.
- Document the processes and procedures regarding the methodology of testing and quality control.
- Participate in the introduction of new standards of data quality and special analyzes.
You have:
- Higher education in defined areas (quantitative methods, statistics/demography, sociology or other related).
- Knowledge of statistics at good level and statistical packages (SPSS or R).
- At least 3 years of experience in the analysis of large data basis.
- Previous experience in market research agencies.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Analytical and numerical skills at very good level.
- Proactive attitude and problem solving.
- English and Polish at very good level.
