Here’s a summary of the role:
At YouGov, we don't just collect data—we connect it. We are an international data and analytics group with the vision to become an integral part of the global internet infrastructure, akin to how Google is for search or Amazon is for retail. Our approach is built on a virtuous circle: a highly engaged online panel, innovative data collection methods, and powerful analytics technology that delivers valuable insights.
As a Research Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the US Custom Research Team by independently managing various aspects of the project lifecycle. - Project Management: Coordinate and manage tasks across multiple projects and industries, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery. Maintain constant communication with the team to keep projects on track.
- Survey Design: Assist in creating and executing questionnaires, research/sample designs, and survey scripting, often under tight deadlines.
- Research and Field Management: Oversee survey testing, field management, and work closely with internal teams and clients to meet research specifications.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate with the Data Processing team to specify and review tabulated data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Conduct quality assurance checks and interpret survey results.
- Reporting: Convert survey data into actionable insights by creating clear, accurate reports. Maintain a high standard of quality and precision in all deliverables.
- Team Collaboration and Growth: Contribute to a dynamic, global team based in the Mexico office. Bring fresh ideas and seize opportunities for career development and growth.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- 1-2 years of experience (work or academic) in market research, marketing, data analytics, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and prior experience in database analysis, including handling data from various research formats.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Basic understanding of statistics, with solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed
