YouGov is seeking a Senior Research Executive to join the Data Services team in Mexico, overseeing Omnibus and Field & Tab projects for U.S. clients. This role offers exposure to the entire research process, from designing surveys to delivering actionable insights. You will work closely with clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and play a key role in mentoring junior team members. This is a critical position for YouGov’s growth, offering the chance to collaborate across departments and contribute to achieving strategic business goals.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the research process and aligning surveys with their objectives.
- Design, script, and refine survey questionnaires while ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver results to clients and communicating effectively what the research shows, including taking clients through Crunch, our powerful online data tool, ensuring a high standard of quality and accuracy in all deliverables
- Manage all stages of Omnibus and Field & Tab projects, including testing survey links, formatting tables, and reviewing press releases.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Commercial, Operations, and RealTime US, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members, assisting with their projects and career development.
- Thoroughly review data for inconsistencies and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy.
- Contribute to team growth by supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives and helping to equip colleagues with tools for success.

- Commercial/research acumen (incl. examples of commercial success & project troubleshooting)
- Good experience of working in a client services environment
- Good knowledge of high-quality quantitative research design and delivery, running multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client focus and handling skills
- Ability to deliver results to the highest standards, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- The ability to multi-task and handle several projects at any one time.
- Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills in English
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- A drive to commercially succeed and solve research 'problems' for clients.
- Be approachable and supportive, with a positive, friendly and collaborative attitude
- 3+ years of experience in working with quantitative research survey.
