Job Description for Junior Survey Manager

The Role

 As a Junior Survey Manager in the Survey Management Team, you will play a key role in the delivery of research projects, as the linchpin between the client facing teams and the operational teams, ensuring surveys run smoothly throughout the project lifecycle.

What will I be delivering?

As part of this role you will:

- Manage the administrative processes on behalf of the Survey Managers

-  Attend the kick-off calls with Researchers to go through project details (once signed off by the client)

- You will be the interface between Operations and Client Services - project managing the complete lifecycle of the project

- Scripting basic-medium complexity surveys in our in-house software

- Liaise with the scripting department for support with more complex surveys

- Be responsible for logging and updating milestones through our Ops Request tool

- Liaise with the Operations team for populating / updating chart decks for trackers

- Format tables and check Crunch Links to be sent to clients

- Support the Team Leader and Survey Managers with adhoc tasks and responsibilities

-Keen to be part of a team, supporting your colleagues and team members

- As you will be involved in every part of the project lifecycle, it is vital that you can multi-task

- Communications skills – you will be responsible for project managing key parts of the research lifecycle. You will therefore be communicating and interacting with many areas of the business (your internal clients)

-Demonstrated knowledge and experience

- No/ less than 1 year experience of project management needed, but you will need to be able to demonstrate that you have used project management skills either in an academic, internship environment, or a different role 

- Knowledge of quantitative research surveys.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

- Good problem-solving skills

Technical skills and qualifications

- Must be a confident user of the Microsoft Suite

- Fluent spoken and written English

Shift - Monday - Friday (2PM – 11PM)
