Here’s a summary of the role:

Join us as we expand our global qualitative research efforts!

If you’re passionate about qualitative insights and ready to take the next step in your career, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with us. In this role, you will take full ownership of projects - from inspiring clients with tailored solutions to managing the entire project lifecycle and delivering impactful results. You'll work with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors, gaining exposure to varied research needs, all with the support of a dynamic and collaborative team.

As a strong communicator, you will engage participants and uncover their true motivations, ensuring insightful and authentic findings. You will act as a trusted qualitative advisor to senior stakeholders, helping to build and strengthen global accounts. Collaborating closely with internal and external teams, you will lead the delivery of fast, innovative, and engaging projects that bring client stories to life through thoughtful analysis and reporting.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout project lifecycles, from advising on solutions and supporting sales to delivering debriefs and final insights.
  • Lead recruitment efforts by designing effective screening criteria and ensuring the right participants for each project.
  • Coordinate and manage projects in collaboration with internal teams, delegating tasks where necessary to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct and moderate online forums, groups, and in-depth interviews, skillfully uncovering participant motivations and perspectives.
  • Craft compelling narratives by analyzing qualitative data, writing discussion guides, and producing insightful reports that drive client understanding and decision-making.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in qualitative research.
  • Proven track record of high-quality qualitative research design.
  • Experience in managing all aspects of qualitative projects, including client communication, project design, moderation, and report writing.
  • Strong commercial and research acumen, with the ability to troubleshoot and drive project success.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Outstanding written, oral, and electronic communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients and maintain focus on their needs.

It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Experience or interest in digital media, social media, and technology research.
  • Collaborative, positive, and friendly attitude with a drive to solve clients' problems and succeed commercially.
