- End-to-End Project Management: Lead the execution of research projects, from proposal writing to reporting and presentation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quantitative data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on research methodologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Knowledge Application: Leverage knowledge of YouGov products and methodologies to enhance client discussions and multi-method project integration.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure a professional and ethical representation of YouGov while maintaining high client satisfaction.

- Proven experience in market research with expertise in quantitative methods.

It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Experience in the Financial Services sector (desirable but not essential).
- Familiarity with cross-departmental collaboration (project management, analytics, scripting, etc.).
- Proficient in questionnaire scripting software and SPSS.
- Experience in advanced analytics and project costing/proposal writing.
