As the Global Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive business growth. You will lead a team of two individuals and collaborate closely with Regional Marketing leads. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing a global social media strategy aligned with our broader marketing approach. This position will report directly to the Global Head of Acquisition Marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy aligned with company goals and values.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts across platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our social media strategy remains cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and communication initiatives.
- Serve as the primary expert and consultant for all channel managers and stakeholders regarding social media best practices and policies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Develop brand awareness through other channels as Reddit, Quora…
- Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results
- Management of the social media budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a track record of successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for compelling and creative content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.(e.g. Oktopost)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Solution-oriented initiative-taker, result-driven team player and lead with strong advisory skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
- Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
