The Role:

As the Head of Commercial - Americas, you'll be at the forefront of YouGov’s growth strategy in North America and LATAM, spearheading sales initiatives, scaling revenue, and managing a high-performing commercial team. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding YouGov’s footprint, forging deep relationships with key clients, and delivering consistent, measurable results. This is a unique opportunity to be a driving force behind revenue growth and innovation, while building a top-tier sales team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Lead initiatives to expand new business while deepening relationships with existing clients. Identify emerging opportunities and key growth sectors, tailoring approaches to fit different client needs, designing strategies and taking ownership of achieving and exceeding both quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Shape Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy for North America & LATAM, aligning with global business goals to ensure market leadership and consistent outperformance. By monitoring market trends, competitor activities, continuously analyzing market conditions and competitive dynamics, you’ll position the business to not just meet but exceed goals.
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a dynamic US commercial team. As a key leader, you’ll not only manage but inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. . A key responsibility will be coaching and developing talent to build a high-performing, agile sales team. You’ll encourage innovation, creativity, and calculated risk-taking. By promoting open communication, continuous feedback, and a culture of accountability, you’ll drive not just individual success but overall team excellence. You’ll be instrumental in cultivating a diverse, results-driven team where innovation is encouraged, ideas are freely exchanged, diversity of thought is embraced, and success is shared.
  • Client-Centric Focus: Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier clients. Anticipate their challenges, offer innovative, data-driven solutions, and deliver a personalized experience that sets YouGov apart. What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of senior sales leadership experience.
  • MUST have strong experience in market research, data analytics, or a related field.
  • A history of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the North American market, with experience driving growth across multiple regions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team toward ambitious goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
