The Role:

As the Head of Commercial - Americas, you will spearhead YouGov’s growth strategy in North America and LATAM, leading sales initiatives, scaling revenue, and managing a high-performing commercial team. This role is not just about sales leadership; it’s your chance to influence the direction of a global leader in market research and data analytics, ensuring our cutting-edge solutions disrupt the market.

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Lead initiatives to expand new business while deepening relationships with existing clients. Identify emerging opportunities and key growth sectors, tailoring strategies to meet client needs and exceeding both quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Shape Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy for North America and LATAM, aligning with global business goals to ensure market leadership. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and continuously analyze conditions to position YouGov for success.

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a dynamic US commercial team. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability while coaching and developing talent to build a high-performing, agile sales team.

  • Client-Centric Focus: Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier clients. Anticipate challenges, offer innovative, data-driven solutions, and deliver a personalized experience that sets YouGov apart.

  • Foster Innovation: Seek ways to improve the sales process through new technologies, customer engagement best practices, and innovative approaches to identifying market opportunities. Your innovative mindset will ensure we remain competitive.

What You`ll Bring: 

  • 8+ years of senior sales leadership experience.
  • Strong experience in market research, data analytics, or a related field is a must.
  • A history of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the North American market, with experience driving growth across multiple regions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team toward ambitious goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

For roles based in California, New York, Colorado, or Washington State, the base salary hiring range for this position is $190,000 - $230,000. Compensation will be determined by factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and additional benefits. All US-based full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits:
