Job title – Graphic Designer
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team at a hugely pivotal time. We recently acquired CPS GfK, expanding our workforce by approximately 1,500 staff. Concurrently, we have updated our brand guidelines, and this is an opportunity to be one of the first to interpret them and help to refine and evolve our new visual identity, executing it across numerous assets and exploring its possibilities and truly elevating YouGov’s creative output.
This individual will report directly to the Global Head of Visual Brand and be expected to interpret briefs fluently, challenge the status quo, show acute attention to detail and push creative boundaries.
Applicants must have a varied portfolio which demonstrates a great deal of flair and passion for design. We are looking for evidence of strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex problems as well as artistic talent.
Key duties include:
• Delivering creative work and visual communication solutions for both online and offline purposes
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are all delivered on time and on-brand
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and processing feedback effectively
• Consistently producing slick, professional design work which not only looks great, but communicates YouGov’s message succinctly and powerfully
Skills and qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience working in commercial graphic design positions
• Must be highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
• Must have a portfolio demonstrating impressive creative contributions across a variety of projects
• Creative flair and a passion for design are a must
• Excellent communication skills essential
• Experience with After Effects would be nice to have, but not essential
• Working knowledge of Figma would be nice to have, but not essential
Job Location - Goregaon or Airoli
Shift time - Monday to Friday (11:00 am to 8:00 pm IST)
