As a Client Services Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our Data Products clients by providing exceptional support and technical expertise. You will be responsible for creating seamless onboarding experiences, leveraging your knowledge of data systems to streamline processes, and responding promptly to client inquiries.
Your day-to-day activities will include setting up accounts, automating tasks, and coordinating efforts to deliver a smooth, holistic experience for our clients and internal teams. You will also support troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring efficient technical solutions are delivered.
Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of custom data reports and insights, helping our high-priority clients make informed decisions using YouGov data.

- Provide support to Data Product client service teams by troubleshooting issues and resolving technical tasks.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless operations and deliver a consistent, positive experience for clients.
- Create engaging reports and presentations using PowerPoint to communicate key insights and project updates.
- Analyze data sets in Excel to uncover trends and craft compelling narratives that highlight actionable insights.
