YipitData specializes in analyzing web data for institutional investors. In the past year we have doubled our team, increased revenue 2x and expanded our client base to include the largest institutional investors in the world.

We are hiring a Client Success Manager to help a growing client base make better investment decisions. Our newest CSM will identify meaningful engagement opportunities to help clients get the most value out of our products.

As a Client Success Manager at YipitData:

  • You will own and cultivate relationships with your clients by:
    • Finding new and creative ways to demonstrate value and grow user engagement
    • Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally
    • Becoming a trusted resource for our clients
    • Identifying and/or developing upsell opportunities
  • You will contribute to building best-in-class practices within the Client Success team to be shared with current and future members
