About The Role:

We’re seeking our first Sales Development Manager to build on this new initiative by growing and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (“SDR”).

As Our Sales Development Manager, You Will:

  • Oversee the Sales Development team and own the success of the function
  • Work closely with the New Business sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with our product team to develop messaging and outreach strategy
  • Build out and refine Sales Development processes for inbound and outbound leads, with a focus on efficiency and impact
  • Partner with Marketing to scale the company’s overall lead funnel
  • Define targets and maintain accurate forecasts against them
  • Recruit, onboard and train new team members to scale the Sales Development team
  • Coach team members to continually develop their skills
  • Play a key role in driving new sales and growing company revenue

You Are Likely To Succeed, If:

  • You’ve managed a team of SDRs/BDRs with 2+ years of experience
  • You have been a successful SDR/BDR with 1-2 years of experience prior to managing a team of SDRs/BDRs
  • You have a track record of not only meeting, but also exceeding targets and leading great teams
  • You’re a self-starter and you’re excited about building something with minimal direction
  • You enjoy taking a hands-on approach to personal development and coaching
  • You’re adaptable, dynamic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a team player and are motivated by the company’s success
  • You have familiarity with sales efficiency and outreach tools
