About The Role:

We are hiring a Client Strategy Associate to help our growing client base make better investment decisions. Our newest Client Strategy Associate will be focused on working with our existing clients, the world’s top investors, to ensure they get the most value out from our product portfolio, engaging with our research team to build deep relationships, and identify new opportunities to grow revenue.

The Associate career progression is a path towards either Client Success, managing client relationships, or Sales, managing commercial outcomes with current clients.

As our Client Strategy Associate at YipitData, you will:

  • Support a growing number of clients and cultivate relationships by:
    • Finding new and creative ways to drive value and grow user engagement
    • Becoming a trusted resource for our clients by providing the best service
    • Identifying and/or nurturing upsell opportunities to expand contract value
    • Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally
    • Creating and executing account strategy
  • Develop account management and commercial skills that will make you a core contributor of the revenue team with significant growth opportunity
