Position Summary: The Publisher Operations Director will be instrumental in publisher client's success; managing, maintaining and expanding our direct Publisher partnerships across all 3 line of business: media, data and formats.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with a large portfolio of top-tier publishers
  • Identify, track and exceed publishers KPIs including revenue and sales channel considerations
  • Create and maintain strong and effective relationships with key members of publishers’ business development, sales, data and ad operations teams
  • As needed, secure other upfront inventory from publishers
  • Monitor and track performance for publisher placements

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in ad tech, media agency or media company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related subject a plus
  • Understanding of adtech technology including header bidding, adserving (DFP)
  • Proficiency in excel, looker and/or tableau highly preferred 
  • Strong analytical and yield management skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Exceptional problem solving ability
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic
