We’re looking for an Account Director to help drive and expand our partnerships with Independent Advertising Agencies and Fortune 1000+ clients. As Account Director, you will build upon an existing base of business within your region by growing current clients as well as driving the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close and launch for new business within your region. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital media Account Management (mobile experience preferred), and has demonstrated media sales acumen when given the opportunity

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop advertiser and agency contacts and cultivate relationships at all levels to influence buying decisions
  • Prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Develop and manage comprehensive managed service and automated programs for new and existing client base, closely monitoring performance to deliver positive outcomes for targeted clients
  • Upsell existing partners with new product and services and onboard new partners

 

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years+ of online media experience with expertise in managing digital, online media or technology.
  • A strategic thinker, with the ability to translate marketer needs into compelling concepts and solutions.
  • Comfortable and proficient with the entire sales cycle from prospecting, face-to-face meetings, pitching and contract negotiations.
  • Possess superb organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation.
  • Understand digital media and consumer behavior, including the rapid growth in mobile.
  • Proven collaboration skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales results.
  • BA/BS with strong academic record.
