As part of our GTM Strategy team, we’re looking to hire an outstanding Senior Analyst to drive pipeline and revenue growth through the execution of cross-functional initiatives and acting as a force multiplier for our GTM and Sales Leadership teams.

What You'll Do

  • Improve the adoption and efficacy of tools by our Sales and Business Development teams, notably Outreach, in an effort to increase their productivity. Lead and form the Outreach Content Committee, working closely with marketing, product marketing, and our sales and sales development teams to identify, understand, and scale messaging and plays that successfully drive pipeline growth
  • Take a data-driven approach to understanding what works, what doesn’t, and collaborate with various stakeholders across Growth and Sales to constantly iterate and improve pipeline generation
  • Develop a rigorous understanding of our revenue teams’ key drivers and prioritize the highest impact projects to accelerate pipeline generated and increase pipeline conversion
  • Define how we launch and manage sales campaigns; Support and organize sales campaigns across different Growth teams to drive priority business initiatives 
  • Work end-to-end on projects from the analysis and research stage through implementation and execution all the way to transition and go-forward planning
  • Create leverage for our revenue leaders and C-Suite by serving as a swiss-army knife for business critical tasks that lack a clear owner 

What You Have

  • Have experience in fast-paced and analytical roles in growth, analytics, business operations, management consulting, or finance; preferably with experience at a high-growth tech company
  • Has data analysis and visualization capabilities, or a strong desire to strengthen them. Work hand-in-hand with our data insights team to build straightforward/impactful dashboards that will help our leaders execute and understand their work
  • Have a high degree of comfort with ambiguity, and a knack for quickly ramping on new skills and functions. Preferably you’ve designed systems, teams, and/or processes from scratch
  • Have strong quantitative and analytical abilities, including experience or interest in with business modeling and statistical tests
  • Have a track-record of demonstrating an extraordinary level of ownership and impact-orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can frame and distill complex information appropriately for different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with people outside your immediate team and get things done through influence rather than authority
