Yext is looking for a Senior Technical Engagement Manager to lead implementations of our “Answers” and “Pages” products and custom development efforts. You’ll work with Fortune 500 and brand-name businesses to define requirements, manage project milestones, and collaborate with Yext’s in-house creative and development teams to deliver the project. What You’ll Do

  • Day to day project management and delivery of consulting services for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring delivery meets customer requirements on time and within budget
  • Direct project team resources to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Report weekly status updates and escalate project risks to clients and the account team
  • Document client business rules, requirements, and customizations and ensure proper configuration of the platform
  • Provide Search Engine Optimization, data modeling, and integration best practices and optimization guidance throughout engagements to drive customer ROI
  • Partner with sales, success and support orgs to ensure client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and contribute to process improvements including automation opportunities and execution playbooks
  • Deliver meaningful product feedback to leadership and the product management team
  • Assist leadership with recruiting and training of team members

What You Have

  • BA/BS degree or similar college-level education
  • 5-8 years of operations, customer service, consulting, project management, UI/UX design or analyst experience
  • Comfortable with a variety of Front-End Web skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript, responsive grid systems, etc.)
  • Build, modify and maintain web applications with HTML/CSS/Javascript, ensuring compatibility across multiple browsers and platforms
  • Familiarity with API architecture such as REST API
  • Ability to understand style guides to be used cross-functionally
  • Excellent project management (including prioritization and organization) skills
  • Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated, organized, efficient and process-oriented
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including potential international travel

Bonus Points

  • Sophisticated technical experience with project management environment like JIRA
  • Sophisticated technical skills in design tools like Sketch, Zeplin, In Vision App, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
