Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the sales, pre-sales and event marketing to collaboratively drive brand awareness, generate demand and help sales close deals in the DACH region
  • Will work closely with a Business Development team to further grow the lead to opportunity funnel
  • Manage all elements of demand generation and pipeline creation activities including research, budget, execution and reporting in the DACH region
  • Optimize SEA, SEO and social ads in the DACH region in close collaboration with the HQ team in New York
  • Plan and execute email, webinars, direct mailings, content strategy, events and paid media activities locally in the DACH region
  • Meet quarterly demand generation targets in the DACH region
  • Work with our team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies in the DACH region
  • Project management of ad-hoc marketing projects around marketing operations, event marketing and content marketing in the DACH region

Experience/Skills Required

  • BA/BS or similar college level education
  • You are native in German, fluent in English
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a dynamic start-up or high growth environment (preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment)
  • Experience with media planning/buying, sponsorships, and SEO/SEM
  • Experience with CRM (com), marketing automation (Pardot) systems and additional Martech tools (Google Ads)
  • Ability to operate under pressure, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
