The eCommerce Marketing Manager role will be a key member of the eCommerce team, leading creative briefs to marketing, and leading a team to configure and deploy best-in-class customer experiences on our owned digital platform, YETI.com. Our website is more than a shopping experience; it also represents the pinnacle expression of our brand. As such, you will help develop and execute a strategy that unites content and commerce in a way that engages consumers and drives high converting shopping experiences.
Marketing & Content
Assist with the development of marketing and campaign strategies for new product launches, seasonal campaigns and the like
Take an active role in website operations, executing on strategy for new products and any other campaign activity
Collaborate closely with Marketing on the development of the seasonal campaign calendar
Bring data-driven insights to the team, in order to solve problems and spot opportunities with our product and brand experiences
Oversee all briefings to Marketing on specific needs of YETI.com, with regards to product story-telling for various customer segments
Establish a growth-oriented digital content strategy alongside Digital Leadership for the North American markets and beyond
Partner with Digital leadership and IT to improve frontend and backend ecommerce functionality, including the scoping of CMS components or bespoke interactive content
Monitor on-site activity and content performance, ensuring optimized outcomes
Work alongside relevant external vendors
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or eCommerce or related field of study
6-8 years of relevant experience in the digital content space
1-2 years of leadership experience
Hands-on experience with technical site content publishing required
High proficiency in e-commerce platforms, familiarity with site analytics tools and content management tools; Experience with SFCC and / or Prismic strongly preferred
Ability to deliver results in evolving framework with shifting priorities and technology
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage relationships with cross functional resources and outside vendors
An obsession with user experience, content and interaction
Detail oriented self-starter
