The mission?

The Sales Engineer acts as the functional/technical bridge between our solutions and the specific needs of our clients/prospects.

This role involves closely partnership with the Sales Team to ensure that proposals align seamlessly with client expectations and requirements. Furthermore, the Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in influencing and educating customers about how our solutions can address their challenges and enhance their operations also collaborating with the entire GTM ecosystem and work very closely with Product.

The goal is to drive sales success through effective demonstrations, tailoring products to client needs, immersive experiences and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction with our solutions 🚀

 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Technical Sales Support: Provide expert technical support during the sales process, demonstrating the product's features and aligning them with customer needs.
  • Solution Development: Develop and customize software solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a technical advisor and addressing their concerns and queries.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting advanced features and benefits to potential clients also helping Marketing Initiatives inside the organization.
  • Feedback and Collaboration: Relay client feedback to product development teams and collaborate on product enhancements and new features.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align goals and strategies with strong GTM focus

If you meet the next experience, this is your role, don't hesitate. We want you on the team!

  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer (or equivalent - solutions engineer, sales consultant,presales engineer).
  • Teamwork skills are a must, as they'll be working in a cross-functional environment and teaming with the sales executives.
  • Technical knowledge to understand our product and clear communication to explain to prospects and customers our solutions in a non-technical way.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technology, and software integration. Familiarity with programming languages and APIs is a plus.
  • GTM Oriented: Proven track record in sales or a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to addressing client needs and overcoming obstacles
  • English is a must.

Nice to have skills but it would be amazing if you have some experience in:

  • Good presentation skills - we can coach, but it's better if they already have some skills.
  • Knowledge/experience of e-commerce platforms or conversational AI 
  • B2B Expertise - Industry Specific Expertise
  • Experience with Specific Technologies: Conversational Platforms, WhatsApp, AI Platforms
  • Speaking Portuguese, Spanish and English
