We are looking for a motivated simulation software engineer to help building our simulation platform for autonomous driving algorithms development and testing. Simulation plays a critical role in training, debugging and validating autonomous driving algorithms. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to develop our internal simulation platform, design test scenarios, deploy simulation jobs and analyze simulation results. A qualified candidate should have strong programming skills and relevant experience in using simulation for research or product development purpose.
Building and maintaining end-to-end simulation platform
Creating synthetic data for offline development and testing
Working with different teams to create test scenarios
Processing and Analyzing simulation results
MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
1+ year of software engineering experience
Familiar with Docker and ability to develop and maintain docker images is a big plus
Experience in QT programming is a plus
Experiences with simulation tools such as prescan, carmaker, or have done simulations using Unity/Unreal engine
Good understanding of test methodologies and ability to create test cases is a plus
