Xometry is seeking a Manufacturing Solutions Coordinator to join our Solutions Engineering department, focusing on high-value, complex, and strategically important initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop deep understanding of top supplier capabilities
Communicate with domestic and international manufacturing partners
Manage quoting for production programs and build partner relationships
Support team members through prioritization and technical discussions
Prepare and submit quotes to sales team
Provide basic DFM feedback and optimization ideas
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Update and optimize departmental procedures and training
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business-related field preferred
5+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in manufacturing
Product development experience in custom mechanical manufacturing
Strong relationship-building skills with external suppliers and partners
Experience with international manufacturing preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs, especially Excel/Sheets
Ability to read customer drawings, CAD files, and technical documents
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
Sense of urgency and attention to detail
Analytical mindset with ability to challenge inputs and iterate solutions
