We are looking for someone to drive significant business impact by identifying and leading critical improvements to the post-order customer experience, staff internal tools, and Xometry’s fulfillment systems. This role will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership: Take ownership of a significant portion of the order fulfillment product area, driving its strategy, roadmap, and execution of  large complex products
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the order fulfillment product area confidently and effectively in front of senior stakeholders and large groups. Proactively solicit feedback, communicate progress, and address concerns to ensure alignment and support across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to other teams’ successes by leading cross-team processes that help scale company performance and mentor other squads and teams
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Invest time and effort in understanding customer needs and jobs-to-be-done, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product  decisions. 
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Advocate for goal-oriented/KPI driven product management. Build an approach for measuring outcomes for every release across the customer platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Looking for a Product focus on, or past experience in order fulfillment, operations, internal tools, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or related areas.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives from conception to launch.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and methodology with design and technology teams
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills 
  • Must be a US Citizen or GC holder (ITAR)
