About the Job

As a Content Marketing Writer at Xendit, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and educating our target audience about the power of our payment solutions. You will create high-quality content that resonates with our audience, aligns with our brand voice, and drives engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a B2B copywriter, with a strong focus on writing for brands, campaigns, and events at agencies or in-house
  • Excellent short-form and long-form writing skills, with a portfolio that includes TV scripts, OOH, social media, taglines, and performance-led copy
  • Proven experience in copywriting for the e-commerce ecosystem, including display ads, emails, and notifications
  • Strong ideation and concepting capabilities, with the ability to generate fresh, consumer-driven ideas
  • A solid understanding of how to align copy with brand positioning and voice, ensuring clarity and consistency across all deliverables
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with designers, producers, and other creatives to bring big ideas to life
  • Experience in multi-geographies and multicultural environments: Proven ability to adapt copywriting styles and messaging to resonate with diverse cultural contexts and international markets, ensuring that content is engaging and consistent with brand voice across various regions
  • Proven portfolio of relevant works must be included with application.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the fintech industry or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in an Events Agency, startups or other fintech industry
  • An outstanding writer and write with conviction in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling short-form and long-form copy for branding campaigns, social media, performance campaigns, and event materials including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Content Strategy: Lead brainstorms exercises, contributing strong ideas and overseeing their execution and collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy / Concept that aligns with each of our vertical and business objectives. Ensure all written content adheres to Xendits brand voice and positioning, maintaining consistency across multiple platforms and projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, creatives and email specialists, to create integrated campaigns across different touchpoints
  • SEO / SEM Optimization: Partner with performance marketing to optimize content for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferred mode and channel of content consumption, and competitor activities.
  • Analytics: Track content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content, regularly conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Showcase a solid portfolio with a diverse range of work, including social media campaigns, OOH, taglines, performance-led headlines, email lifecycle content, and equivalent content.
