Mission

Reporting to our Regional Head of Merchant Risk you would be part of the team that mitigates fraud on Xendit’s networks, conduct investigations into cards disputes and interact with our bank partners and merchants on chargeback.

Responsibilities

  • Perform investigations on suspected fraud cases
  • Process and review chargeback cases
  • Handle card disputes and gather evidence and build cases to assist merchants with their chargeback
  • Monitor chargeback cases of merchants for fraud patterns
  • Build and maintain reports on chargeback cases.

You may be a good fit if

  • You have 2 - 4 years of experience in chargeback cases, fraud and dispute handling
  • Knowledge of Card Schemes rules and regulations in relation to Disputes/Chargebacks and Fraud
  • Detail-oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-taskTake initiative, ownership and committed to challenging the status quo
  • Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Are a creative hustler -- you might not have done it before, but you're willing to try something different to get it done
  • Are an exceptional communicator and work well with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate ability to finish tasks and make reports quickly
  • You thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
