We're looking for a, team-oriented Learning Delivery Manager to work within our world-class team. The Learning Delivery Manager leads the delivery of learning and capability projects and programmes for our clients. With fantastic project management skills you'll ensure that quality programmes are delivered to schedule and budget, while maintaining positive internal and client relationships.

Reporting to a Learning Delivery Director, You will be responsible for a variety of clients, working with the Inizio XD Client Engagement team to spot and realise opportunities for growth. Your core programme delivery role will see you partnering with a variety of team members across Nazaré and Inizio – from learning capability writers, life science writers, trainers, consultants, digital designers and more! You will be the daily contact with clients, providing exceptional service, thinking one step ahead, ensuring portfolios of programmes meet client goals and set the Nazaré team up for success.

What you'll be doing...

As part of your role, you will have key accountabilities which touch on areas including:

Project Organisation and Planning - Following company standards across a portfolio of programmes you'll own daily set up and tracking of projects

Commercial and Financial Management - Scoping projects, you'll manage the phasing and scheduling of project delivery, creating client SOWs and presentations and take all appropriate actions to deliver on financial KPIs

Client Relationship Management - You'll build and manage positive relationships with key client stakeholders, partnering with the same to identify opportunities for growth and collaborating with our Client Engagement Team and other team members to support

Communication - Outlining project communication plans and set-up and manage tools to support, communicating with clarity for both stakeholders and project team members

Leadership and Teamwork - Provide Line Management to more junior Learning Deliver Team members supporting their growth in role, co-defining development objectives and progression plans following company procedures

Analysis and Risk Management - Understand the critical project path to deliver through connecting the deliverables and project stages whilst working to prioritise your own tasks and providing advice and support across the team including clear goals, measures of success and risk mitigation

Mindset and Adaptability - Flow and lead by example in both Learning Delivery standards and capabilities and company focus areas with a willingness to watch, listen and learn. Have a comfortability with leaning into challenging conversations with both clients and delivery teams

Industry Knowledge - Demonstrate a curiosity in, and knowledge of, relevant L&D advancements and use your excellent knowledge of client therapeutic area, products and target audiences. Understand and demonstrate through leadership the project delivery and life cycle, different approaches, project tools and how and when to use

To be successful as a Learning Delivery Manager at Nazaré you need to:


  • Have a minimum 5+ years relevant experience as a project or programme manager in a life sciences agency or pharmaceutical training agency
  • Demonstrate the ability to organise yourself and others, and work in a team-oriented environment, managing projects and organising teams
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of tracking and monitoring project milestones, ensuring profitability and highlighting budget challenges
  • Have experience working in a team-oriented environment, taking the lead within multi-disciplined teams
  • Demonstrate client management skills, listening, questioning and managing challenging situations
  • Demonstrate capability in strategic thinking and planning, organisation and leadership of self and others
  • Have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent educational or experience level)
  • Comfortability travelling onsite and attending client meetings and conferences
  • Have an interest in the pharmaceutical industry, and a passion for learning, capability development and diverse approaches to programme and solution development
