This is an exciting opportunity within a newly formed department dedicated to enhancing how we engage with clients and prospects through compelling, impactful content.

As a Content Development Lead you will guide our sales enablement strategy forward, leading on content development programmes that connect our learning and training solutions to client needs to build a library of resources that empower our Delivery, Client Engagement and Growth Teams and showcase our businesses unique value.

To be successful in this position you need to have experience with storytelling combined with a solid grasp of proposal and pitch processes and ability to support winning teams through the development of creds, case studies and other captivating content.

In addition to the above you will have a background in learning and training solutions within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector.

You will lead our efforts in ensuring we have high quality assets to support our relationship development and sales conversations.

Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer

What you'll do …

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop a variety of sales enablement content including creds/ pitch decks, case studies and articles that powerfully explain our offering
  • Through collaboration with our internal Client Engagement and Growth Teams, you will ensure our content aligns with our goals and target audience needs
  • Shape content to highlight needs and goals of our clients, communicating our ability to deliver experiences that inspire a lasting change in attitude, behaviour and performance
  • Build a dynamic content library helping our sales teams access relevant, impactful information and materials on demand

Pitch and Proposal Facilitation

  • Be a important partner on all new pitches (in some cases proposals)
  • Collaborate with Pitch Lead to understand the brief, suggesting existing assets available to support efforts and adapting content to be more specific to the clients' needs
  • Draft certain elements of the pitch response

What you'll need to have …

  • Experience in a Content Strategy/Developments, or Sales Enablement role, a bonus if gained within a creative, marketing or experience design agency environment
  • Working knowledge or industry expertise in learning and training solutions.
  • A high standard in writing and editing skills and the ability to create clear, engaging content
  • An understanding of sales processes and creating content to support every type of sales conversation including RFP/ Pitches
  • Experience in project management and balancing multiple content projects simultaneously
  • Experience presenting to different audiences
  • An authenticity and ability maintain trust.
