We are looking for a Performance Director who has experience delivering and developing training programmes that deliver change in the pharmaceutical and life science industry.

You will sit within Nazaré our leading Learning & Capability brand. We create learning experiences that inspire an immediate and lasting change in performance.

You will use your experience to identify, design and deliver on client capability development needs.

This is a senior role within Nazaré, you will understand our clients goals and to work with them to build strategies that transform their capability.

Due to the nature of this role you will have experience in the Pharmaceutical and the life science industry.

We support hybrid work, however we are looking for candidates in and around the Philadelphia area.

You will report into the Global Managing Director

What will you do …

  • Provide end-to-end solutions following Nazarés goal of developing the capabilities of individuals and teams to transform performance to meet our needs (focus areas of leadership development e.g. coaching, planning and communication, engagement to change behavior, selling and scientific engagement.
  • To coordinate internally and with the client teams to define needs and create structured and tailored development programs
  • To keep up to date on the latest thinking and trends in learning & development relevant to our services and client needs
  • To work with the client team to develop business with prospective clients and identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts (organic growth)
  • To identify opportunities to bridge the gap between our capabilities and needs
  • To support the training administration including survey results and analysis
  • To manage junior team members to ensure quality outputs and support the development L&D skills across the organization
  • To deliver training solutions face-to-face and virtually to a high standard

What do you need to have …

  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Analytical and consultative skills to assess demands and requirements – including performance and learning consultation and development of needs analysis tools
  • Experience communicating through visual, oral and written forms at a high standard
  • Experience working with different people to manage the implementation of the learning solution
  • Experience identifying client and industry needs and an eye toward expanding business, recommending appropriate solutions
  • Client service mentality - Ability to organize and work under strict time and production deadlines, while producing quality deliverables
  • Willingness to flex and create pragmatic solutions to meet client needs
  • Experience working on multiple projects and within deadlines and work with customers to meet their expectations
  • Good planning, presentation, time and project management
