Wynd is an early-stage startup empowering access to public web data. Wynd Network enables access to public web data through decentralized data scraping tools such as our first product, Grass.

Grass is a network sharing application that allows users to sell their unused internet bandwidth.

Your day-to-day:

  • Create and implement innovative strategies for community engagement, focusing on building strong, active, and loyal community connections.
  • Oversee our presence across various digital platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
  • Plan and execute both online and offline events to foster community interaction and enhance brand engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate community initiatives with broader marketing goals.
  • Monitor community trends and feedback, providing valuable insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the community, facilitating open discussions and feedback.
  • Lead and mentor a team of community moderators or representatives, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Make sure all community members enjoy touching Grass.

What Experience You Need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, particularly in technology or startup sectors.
  • Demonstrable success in building and maintaining dynamic online communities.
  • Extensive experience in digital communication mediums such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit…etc.
  • Excellent abilities in both written and verbal communication.
  • Capable of interpreting community feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • A genuine interest in technology, especially in areas like decentralized networks and data technology.

Technical Requirements:

  • Familiarity with various community management and engagement tools.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with different teams, aligning community strategies with overall business objectives.

Bonus points:

  • Good sense of humour and meme wizardry, adept at creating a lively community atmosphere that resonates with a diverse, degen-centric audience.
  • An existing audience on social media (Twitter, Youtube…etc)
  • Multilingual and/or willing to work with non-native English speakers to help grow our community globally
