Who we are.

Wynd is an early-stage startup that is working to democratize the future of AI: First, by providing universal access to public web data, and second, by creating a system where ordinary people can participate in the process - and share in the benefits.

We are currently focused on building the data layer of AI with Grass, a web extension that runs in the background of a user’s online experience and sells unused internet to artificial intelligence labs. By running a node with Grass, users become an integral part of AI's training process, and they are compensated accordingly. The growth of AI is a development of historic significance, and our goal is to distribute the benefits of its growth to everyone - putting the future of the web back in the hands of the people.

The AI x crypto intersection is getting busy, FAST, and we need help ensuring we don't get lost in the noise, but instead are clearly understood as being the ethically-driven and innovative market-leading figure in this space.

Our ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of web3 technologies and understands the historical context of the industry. They possess exceptional skills in crafting messages, framing positions, and communicating effectively. This role targets innovators and early adopters, aiming to define and amplify our brand within the web3 community. You will be the pioneering, first touchpoint for people with Grass and Wynd, shaping our public perception, brand evolution, and amplifying our vision for a future where Wynd is integral to the AI x crypto sector.

What you’ll do.

• Craft clear, compelling content and messaging targeted at innovators and early adopters within the web3 community.
• Develop and frame the company's brand positioning, ensuring effective communication across various platforms to engage the web3 audience.
• Act as the initial point of contact for the audience, setting the tone for the company's public perception and future brand development.
• Envision and communicate a future where the company is a key player in the AI x crypto industry.

What you’ll need.

• 4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or communications, particularly within the web3, AI, or crypto sectors.
• Ability to understand and engage with innovators and early adopters in the technology space.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear and impactful messaging.
• Experience in brand positioning and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to a diverse audience.
• Knowledge of the historical and current trends in the web3, AI, and crypto industries.
• A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience working in a high-output team.
