What your role will be 

As Sales Development Representative (Key Accounts), you have the opportunity to become a key contributor to our remarkable growth story. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our Sales Activities by creating, attracting and qualifying demand for Wunder’s full-stack mobility platform. You will bring your experience with Key accounts to connect with companies (Automotive OEMs, Large Corporates) to explore how our products can add value to their businesses and their most important stakeholders.

Thereby, you will generate and develop a high value pipeline with new projects for Wunder. In your window function between Marketing and Sales, you identify high-potential customers and execute engagement strategies to win them for our solutions through all sorts of in- and outbound channels. This is a very entrepreneurial role in which you are asked to actively identify and act on market opportunities in close collaboration with our technical teams.

You will work closely with and be brought onboard by the Sales Development team in Hamburg, Germany. 

What you will do

  • Build a best-in-class Sales Qualification pipeline by executing multi-channel, customer-centric campaigns focussed on Key accounts. This entails both inbound lead qualification in close collaboration with Performance Marketing as well as high levels of outbound activity to add prospects to our sales funnel.
  • Ensure a constant stream of sales qualified leads towards our key account team. Collaborate closely with our sales Team to find and win more suitable clients for our products.
  • Identify high-potential customer segments, research their pain-points and how Wunder solutions can add value to their operations. Establish lists of target companies and collect the data you need to engage them successfully. 
  • Speak to the complex decision-making (make/buy/partner) processes in large organizations drawing from your experiences working with them
  • Build and refine collateral such as for example Market Intelligence, Case Studies or engagement strategies and share best practices within and across Business Units
  • Constantly monitor and analyse (y)our sales efforts and proactively improve our targeting, content, communications and processes.
  • Accurately keep track of all opportunities in our CRM tool. Forecast potential revenue impact of your activities. 

What you bring to the table

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in a customer facing role such as a Corporate/Key Account Sales, Key Account Management and/or Marketing position
  • Understanding of the decision-making in large organizations drawing from your experiences of consultative sales/engagement with them
  • Comfort in maintaining a high level of outbound activity, including starting an initial contact to cold leads
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
  • High levels of sales persistence and work ethic
  • Comfortable with active change in a startup environment
  • High EQ, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong references from former employers and business partners and a passion for building relationships
  • Proficiency in English

  • Prior experience at Internet, SaaS, AdTech startups or the mobility space is a major plus
  • Experience with CRM and BI tools
  • Experience with market research
  • Proficiency in German, other languages
