What your role will be 

As a Business Account Manager you serve as the primary relationship owner for our client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth. You will work with our management, sales, expansion, operations and product teams to ensure our clients derive maximum value from our mobility solutions. You drive customer loyalty, satisfaction and revenue growth through upselling and cross selling, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 

What you will do 

  • Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and satisfaction
  • Understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout 
  • Prepare and deliver effective results and status presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth 
  • Understand best practices and track movements within the mobility industry
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight 
  • Work closely with the QA and Product teams to understand customer issues and drive requirements for product enhancement and development as needed 

What you bring to the table

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience 
  • Previous experience managing corporate accounts 
  • Well-developed understanding of business dynamics, politics & hierarchy, and developments to be able to connect and relate to the decision making units and structures of our customers 
  • Ability to adapt to a quickly changing start-up environment and manage stress in a productive way
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business 
  • Ability to empathise and connect with customers in order to build meaningful relationships and gain trust 
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work well within a team
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Passion about business and dissatisfaction with the status quo - always thinking of ways to improve and grow with our customers
  • Proficiency in English
