Ready to become a Wriker?

As a key contributor to our Pre-Sales team, you’ll support the sales team by performing discovery calls, creating custom demos, and demonstrating Wrike's value proposition. You'll help acquire new customers and expand existing relationships. Your role involves articulating both technical and business benefits of collaborative work management to target customers and ensuring Wrike is well-positioned against competitors in the DACH region.
 

How you'll make an impact:

- Articulate the benefits and value of Wrike’s products to customers and prospects.
- Provide customized demos, technical discovery calls, and customer meetings throughout the sales process.
- Present Wrike products confidently, highlighting business value and competitive differentiation.
- Build and configure API integrations between Wrike and other solutions (BI, ERP, CRM, DAM, ITSM, etc.).
- Educate various audiences on technical and architectural concepts.
- Translate customer business requirements into workable solutions using Wrike.
- Participate in product, sales, onboarding, and training to gain and maintain expertise in Wrike.
- Resolve critical technical issues in collaboration with sales.
 

You will achieve your best if you have:

- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering,Business or equivalent degree/work experience.
- Ability to understand business and IT requirements and articulate technical and business value.
- Experience as a solutions/sales engineer, professional services consultant, or developer in a customer-facing role.
- Technical experience in integrating solutions for customer value and automation.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications and associated architecture (both cloud and on-premise).
- Skills in integration techniques, orchestration, and security requirements.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Fluent in English and German
