Wrike is looking for a Lead Revenue Operations Analyst to join our RevOps team within the GTM organization.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Provide operational “run the business” support for each GTM function
- Track ongoing delivery against GTM strategy and OKRs
- Work closely with GTM leadership to drive actions and track progress
- Lead deep-dive root cause analysis on specific, high-priority business challenges
- Partner with Finance, Data, Systems, and other teams to develop and improve regular business-critical reporting
- Project manage and prioritize key cross-functional initiatives
- Other support including quota and capacity planning and administration, compensation design, conflict resolution against RoE, GTM transformation initiatives, etc.
You'll achieve your best if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in sales & business operations/strategy role preferably at B2B SaaS companies, or experience in similar operations, growth, strategy type roles in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem structuring and written / verbal communication skills
- You love using data to drive insights and business decisions; familiarity with SQL and data query/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Domo)
- Ability to influence without authority and strong stakeholder management skills
- Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to scope and deliver projects independently end-to-end
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand GTM policies and processes
