More about Your team

You will be joining the EMEA New Business team as an Outbound Account Executive focusing on Professional Services and Manufacturing verticals. You will be responsible for acquiring new logos in the Commercial space, hitting revenue goals, and seeking out new opportunities through proactive outbound efforts.

Our EMEA New Business Sales organisation is based both in Dublin and Prague, but we are seeking to hire the person to be based in Prague. Wrike allows a hybrid work environment between the office and work from home.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential net-new clients within the Professional Services and Manufacturing industries (not exclusively)
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound sales strategies to engage prospects and generate new business opportunities
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques
  • Customise tailored messaging according to the respective persona and job role
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine how our solutions can address prospects' pain points
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of Professional Services and Manufacturing companies (not exclusively)
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in Professional Services and Manufacturing sectors
  • Accurately maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status
  • Being responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting, independently demoing the product, progressing pipeline through the sales cycle and closing.
  • Understanding a prospect’s needs and effectively communicating how Wrike will meet those needs.
  • Carrying a revenue target (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
  • Delivering a reliable sales forecast

You will achieve your best if you have

  • 1-3 years successful experience in a sales role (SaaS Preferred)
  • The ability to uncover business issues quickly
  • Great communication skills
  • Spanish and English language fluency 

You will stand out with

  • Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Experience in an "hunting" sales role, including outbound activities
  • Experience with Value Selling and Consultative Selling in fast-paced, transactional environment
  • Experience with solution selling i.e. challenger, QBS (Question Based Selling) or MEDDIC methodologies.
