More about Your team

The amazing Wrike Client Success team in APAC, comprising of about 20 people located primarily at offices in Melbourne (Australia) and Tokyo (Japan), strives every day to inspire our customers to unlock the power of Wrike — giving them the freedom to choose how they invest their time — by driving hyper efficiency and operational excellence in their collaborative work. The incredible culture at Wrike is well known and sees strong collaboration and teamwork with Client Success, Support, Sales and Renewals to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.

How You’ll make an impact

  • Helping our customers to unlock new levels of value by running periodic Health Checks, EBRs and Q&A sessions
  • Creating Success Plans for the top customers in your Book of Business to demonstrate the value achieved and to set new goals
  • Advising customers on Change Management strategies when it comes to adopting Wrike
  • Collaborate with your Account Managers to help cultivate and expand accounts you are working with
  • Team up with our Professional Services team to better identify and understand the needs of customers that will be handed over to you after Deployment.
  • Working closely with our Product team to facilitate interviews with our customers and to pass feedback from them to help make Wrike the #1 Work management solution on the market
  • Proactively build communication channels to “low-usage” and “usage drop” accounts to get them back on track and using Wrike more often
  • Actively supporting our “1 to Many” initiatives and serving as a resource for customer facing marketing materials

You will achieve your best if you have

  • Fluent Japanese and strong English. Other foreign language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
  • Great people skills: genuine, warm, positive, connects well with people, friendly, empathic, shows tact and poise under pressure when dealing with difficult interpersonal situations, high degree of patience
  • Innate ability to see benefits where others see features, and this person can make others see benefits as well.
  • Excellent presentation, organisation and project management skills
  • Passion for enabling people and providing them with a level of insight and knowledge to get value from new technologies
  • Willingness to dive into technical details of a product to understand it thoroughly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to present complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way Genuinely interested in productivity
  • Flexibility to shift work hours to late evening when needed
