About the Role
Wrike is looking for a Sr Director of PMM to lead our product marketing. In this role, you will help drive both product strategy and product marketing with equal parts to our key markets including SMB, mid-market and enterprise companies. The PMM team is responsible for understanding and communicating customer and market needs to the product organization to help drive the product roadmap. In addition, the PMM owns go-to-market strategy driving the release calendar and communications strategy across the marketing and sales organizations. In this role, you will manage a team of 5-8 PMM who own various parts of our product and GTM. You will serve as a key member of the marketing leadership team working closely with our communications, demand gen, content and design teams. Additionally, you will partner closely with the Product team in defining roadmap and strategizing on positioning, messaging and GTM. Other key cross-functional leads include the Sales team for sales enablement, the Customer Success Organization for customer insights and case studies and the executive leadership team. In this role, you will be working with a distributed and global organization and some travel is required.
We are looking for a seasoned product marketing leader who has the unique combination of technical and product depth as well as storytelling savvy. We operate in a competitive space, and this individual will be responsible for differentiating our offering and setting a product marketing vision that is category leading. To do this, the PMM leader should possess a rare combination of strong strategic, analytical and storytelling capabilities. You must also be a superior cross-functional partner given the dependency from many other functions. Given the size and scale of Wrike, strong management skills are a must, ensuring we keep our extremely high standard of operational excellence. This individual will work closely with the executive team should be on a fast path to senior leadership.

About You
- 8+ years in product marketing, with clear track record of success
- Experience of leading a team with 5+ PMMs
- Strong product background and moderate amount of technical depth
- Great communications skills both written and oral
- Strong strategic and analytical skills. Ability to leverage data to derive insights and communicate successfully
- “Customer development” experience
- Track record of operational excellence
