About the Role
Employ creativity that contributes to innovative programs and campaigns to help prospects, users and customers understand, try, and adopt our enterprise offerings
Work directly with Senior Sales Representatives on custom account based marketing campaigns for key customer and prospect accounts
Coordinate and collaborate on content and program development across the funnel: from demand, acceleration through renewals
Create, execute, and analyze digital and account-based marketing programs to activate, engage, convert and retain multiple customer segments
Work with customer, partner, and events teams to maximize yield from shared channels and programs
Work with marketing operations to aggregate campaign data, drive in-depth analysis, report on findings, and suggest optimizations for future campaigns
Build processes and frameworks that will scale with a growing organization
Publicize and share relevant insights from experiments, tactics, and projects
Experience working cross functionally with Sales Representatives to create campaigns that speak to the specific needs of individual customers
Experience identifying target audiences, working with customer segmentation and personalization, and creating end-to-end account campaign strategies
Previous experience marketing to decision makers
Experience generating demand and running account plays at an enterprise B2B company
Proven execution - can point to multiple examples of delivering results based on self-lead plans that exhibited analytical rigor, resourcefulness, inventiveness, complexity and focus
Strong analytical skills with an ability to compile and analyze campaign data to inform decisions
Experience partnering with GTM and sales on pipeline development
Strong editorial skills
3+ years of experience in Demand Generation with a specialization in ABM
