About the Role
Our People Ops team is looking for a Manager, Global Compensation to design, implement and support Wrike’s global compensation program. The role will partner with key stakeholders to align compensation initiatives with business objectives and company culture, and will build our compensation strategy, philosophy, and job architecture to ensure competitiveness in global labor markets. We are looking for a key contributor to drive total rewards programs forward that attract, retain, and engage our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the development and maintenance of the Company’s compensation philosophy to help drive talent attraction and retention as we scale our global workforce.
- Utilizes experience, best practice, and market research to build a global job architecture to support career pathing and advancement of our associates
- Monitors the effectiveness of existing internal compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending revisions that maintain competitiveness among all markets
- Builds and leads global merit and variable pay based compensation programs and processes
- Harmonizes pay programs globally to facilitate ease of administration and reduce complexity
- Partners with finance on workforce planning, market pricing, and budgeting
- Participates in research of market practices and surveys to compile and analyze data that informs global pay practices
About You
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in Compensation with a global organization
- B.A. in Business (finance, accounting, economics etc.)
- Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail
- Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint
- Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects to on-time completion with confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative, startup-paced environment
- Good business acumen and awareness of business trends
- High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
