Job Overview

Wrike is looking for a Financial Reporting and Automation Manager.

What will you do

  • Work with the appropriate business partner in automating reports/processes and strengthen current work-flow processes
  • Participate in monthly financial close process and preparation of reporting package for Board of Director and senior management as required
  • Define and improve reporting roadmap for the organization to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
  • Managing end to end reporting requirements starting from Reporting requirement gathering, Designing and delivery of report
  • Delivering key business insights to the management and other stakeholders
  • Leading reporting automation in coordination with technology team to ensure reports are auto generated and delivered to stakeholders
  • Managing end to end project for Self Service BI and Planning System – starting from defining measure and dimensions, coordinating with technology and business stakeholders and delivering a self-service data discovery platform
  • Managing delivery of ad-hoc data requests from different functions for analytical decision making
  • Delivering business performance review to the management with key trends, concern areas and potential business opportunities
  • Post launch analysis of products and campaigns
  • Managing a team of Compensation, Reporting and Automation analysts

What we are looking for

  • 7-10 years of relevant financial reporting experience
  • Strong quantitative abilities
  • Able to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Background on SQL, Tableau, DWH and other reporting tools. Python/R skills will be a strong advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills
