About the Role
As a Marketing Analyst at Wrike you will help the team analyze, track, and optimize performance of integrated campaigns across the entire marketing funnel. You will take business requirements from the marketing leadership and team members, work with the data and analytics team to ensure data integrity, and analyze the data in different ways to arrive at insights. You will package insights for the different audiences and iteratively arrive at dashboards for different campaigns and programs. You will work with different analytics teams to triangulate data to ensure data sanity.
Develop performance metrics and KPI frameworks for marketing campaigns
Collaborate closely with the data and analytics teams to develop a deep understanding of our data, make data requests to fulfill business requests, and iteratively arrive at the right data views
Take analytics requests from the marketing team, translate business questions into data requests, analyze data, and slice it in different ways as needed, to arrive at answers
Develop dashboards for the marketing team
Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing performance rollups for the leadership team
Day-to-day understanding of performance related to campaigns, and proactively identify areas of improvements
Proactively develop insightful analyses that will inform the company’s go-to market strategy
Forecast the performance of the different marketing channels, and the overall contribution based on the attribution models developed by the Analytics team
3+ years marketing analytics experience.
Direct experience in digital marketing
Ability to analyze data and pull reports from Marketo, Sfdc, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tableau and other tools
Excellent understanding of standard marketing performance metrics and KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, Funnel, Contribution, CPA, CAC, LTV and ROI, etc.
Good understanding of how web traffic tracking and analytics work, and what attribution models are for.
Deep experience with Excel
Experience designing and analyzing digital marketing experiments, running A/B, multivariate and lift tests
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Mode, Periscope, etc.) or desire and ability to learn fast.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
BA or BS in math, economics, finance or other quantitative discipline.
